5 Layer Fall Cheesecake Dip

I'll let you in on the secret ingredient that makes you want to keep on dipping: Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk! Here’s a fun fact for you: Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk was introduced in 1856 by Gail Borden and has been #1 brand in the sweetened condensed milk category for more than 147 years. I've been using this brand for many-a-holiday, but 147 years sure is a long time!

This recipe is super easy to make and delicious with all of the different Fall dessert layers and textures. This dip is so yummy, that you're probably going to press the pause button on the movie marathon: you'll be too busy dipping!

5 Layer Fall Cheesecake Dip

Yield: 8 cups of dip (serves about 13-15)

Ingredients:

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Chantilly Cream:

  • 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 3 Tbsp. Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Other Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Caramel Flavored Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 whole pumpkin pie

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • Speculoos cookies or Graham crackers

Directions:

To Make the Cheesecake Layer:

1. Beat the softened cream cheese, vanilla and a pinch of salt in a mixer with Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk until fluffy and combined.

To Make the Chantilly Cream:

2. Whip the heavy whipping cream, Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk,

and vanilla extract until it reaches a medium peak.

Assembling the Dip:

3. Spread the Cheesecake Layer into the bottom of your serving bowl.

4. With a large spoon or ice cream scooper, scoop out pumpkin pie filling and pieces of the crust. Spread evenly on top of Cheesecake Layer.

5. Spread a layer of Chantilly Cream on top of pumpkin pie layer and top with mini Marshmallows.

6. Drizzle the top with Caramel Flavored Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk. If you are unable to find the caramel flavor, you can definitely use the original Eagle B Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk.

7. Serve with Speculoos cookies or Graham crackers on the side for dipping. Serve and dip away!
