Edible Cookie Dough Recipe (Flour-Free & Egg-Free)

Skip the baking and indulge in this yummy Edible Cookie Dough recipe! Other cookies might be tempting and delicious to eat, but this recipe is egg-free and flour-free, just so that you can avoid getting a tummy-ache!

Greggy's Edible Cookie Dough (Flour-Free, Egg-Free)


  • -1 stick (1/2 cup)unsalted butter, room temperature

  • -1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • -1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

  • -1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract

  • -2-4 tablespoons milk

  • -2 cups old fashioned oats

  • -1 cup powdered milk

  • -1/2 teaspoon salt

  • -1/4 cup chocolate chips


  1. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for 1 minute.

  2. In a food processor, blend the oats, by pulsing, until it becomes a fine, flour-type consistency.

  3. Beat in powdered milk, oat flour and salt.

  4. Add milk in increments to desired dough consistency. Add vanilla and once combined, stir in chocolate chips.

  5. Serve in ice cream cups, in an ice cream or store in the fridge, covered, for later! You could also set up a super cute Cookie Dough bar with various toppings at your next party! Doughlicious!
