Barbecued Chicken with Homemade #BBQ Sauce, White Rice Topped with Gravy, and #Eloté (Corn topped with Butter, Mayo, Hot Sauce and Parm).
How to make your own quick BBQ Sauce:
You should always make your own barbecue sauce. It only take a couple minutes to come up with your own yummy concoction. Just grab condiments like: ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, hot sauce (like Sriracha or Cholula), honey, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, etc. You catch my drift. Just make sure that there is a higher portion of ketchup and make it as your base vs. other liquids, so that your sauce is on the thick side. This makes the perfect basting sauce when your throw it on the bbq. Great for dipping as well!
🌽 🌽 🌽 Add some spark to your 4th of July spread, by simply adding melted butter, a drizzle of mayo, hot sauce, and a generous dousing of parm to your corn on the cob! This is called Elote, which is the Mexican way of preparing corn! Pretty brilliant and ridiculously yummy. It makes it super juicy and it's the perfect combo of flavors. It seriously takes your corn to the next level and your guests are going to love-love-love this side dish.
Happy 4th of July!
Cheers to Fireworks, Family and Friends,
