No-Bake Milano Tiramisu

Love Milano Cookies and Tiramisu? This No-Bake Tiramisu is SO good and super easy to make! In this video, you'll learn how to make a Sabayon Sauce (in French) or Zabaglione (in Italian) and a fancy (easy) Chantilly Cream! Layers of coffee-soaked Milano Cookies, with pieces of chocolate, Zabaglione Mascarpone and Chantilly Cream will make your guests want to come back for more! (That's if you'll let them).

Sabayon Mascarpone Sauce

  • 7 egg yolks

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 tsp. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

  • 1¼ cup mascarpone cheese

Chantilly Cream

  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tbsp. sugar

  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Other Ingredients for Layering

  • 4-5 bags of Milano Cookies (I love using the Double Chocolate ones)

  • 1/4 cup of Frangelico or Bailey's (optional)

  • 1 cup cold espresso

  • 1 tbsp cocoa for dusting
