How to Make Modeling Chocolate
Here's a great way to make super smooth and white modeling chocolate. Most modeling chocolates are too ivory or too off-white, almost yellow. The key is to use Merckens White Chocolate. It's still off-white, but gives you a more clean slate when adding a color medium to your modeling chocolate. You can purchase Merckens here at A & J Cake and Candy Supplies.
If you don't have crazy, hot hands the sky's the limit with this stuff. You could sculpt Michelangelo if you want! Have fun!
